Security of Information:

We treat the privacy of our customer's, and visitors to our website, information extremely seriously. Your information will not be sold to any third party for any reason. Any transmission of data will be transferred in a secure and encrypted manner at all times.

Shopping Cart and Purchase History:

In order to complete a purchase from us we need to create a record of your name, address, email address and telephone number(s). We require this information in order to have your order delivered to the correct person at the correct address and to keep you informed of your order's progress. This information is stored, fully encrypted, into our computer systems in order to serve you better when you next visit us.

Credit Card Information:

Credit card numbers are fully encrypted without exception. Not even we can see your entire credit card number, only you and the credit card processing company can see it. All credit card payments will be processed securely and automatically in a fully encrypted manner; and at no time will a member of SpareSaverUSA.com staff be able to see your full credit card details.

E-Mail Addresses:

Your email address is only used to notify you of your transaction details and for contact information, and nothing else. Email addresses are always treated with the highest importance and are never disclosed to third parties.

Website Information:

Like the vast majority of the major websites we use a browser technology called 'cookies' to temporarily store simple snippets of information regarding your visit to our website. Cookies are small files stored on your computer for your web browser to remember certain information about visits you make to web sites on the internet such as ours. Information such as, which pages you visited, what you have put into your cart and how you came to visit the website in the first place. We use this information to improve our website to make your future visits to us more pleasurable and easier.

Methods of Payment:

SpareSaverUSA.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Maestro & American Express. There is no credit card surcharge. We also accept Debit Cards.

Florida Sales Tax:

Residents of Florida will be charged will be charged the Florida State Sales Tax.

Return, Repair & Exchange Process:

We try very hard to ensure that our customers are totally happy with the purchases they make from SpareSaverUSA.com. Items purchased from us are covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you can return it to us. Please see below for excluded items not covered under this policy due to special shipping reasons.

Excluded Items:

Please note certain items such as "Special Order" items cannot be returned once purchased.
Please keep all receipts for warranty purposes.

When returning an item the following conditions apply
Returns are to be shipped back at customers' own expense.
No refunds will be given after 30 days of invoice date.
You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment to get a Return Authorization number before returning your product. Please email us at returns@sparesaverusa.com for a returns authorisation number. Clearly stating:

  • Your FULL NAME & ADDRESS
  • Your TELEPHONE CONTACT DETAILS
  • Your ORDER I.D. #
  • The exact reason you wish to return the item.

We will email you back with a Returns Authorisation number.

All items shipped back to us without a Returns Authorisation number will be refused.

No returns will be accepted or credited without a Returns Authorisation number written clearly on return package or label.

Any item returned to us without a valid reason will not receive a credit and the item will need to be shipped back at the customers own expense. This includes sending items back with an incorrect Returns Authorisation number.

The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of the issue of the Returns Authorisation number.

A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all incoming returns (minimum $5.00 USD).

Used items may be subject to a higher restocking fee (at our discretion) if the item is deemed to be not in a re-saleable condition or has been misused, abused etc.

All items MUST be returned in like-new condition with original packaging, documents and accessories.

For your protection, returns must be insured and a signature is required for proof of receipt of the returned item(s). We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Only after the item is received and inspected by SpareSaverUSA.com, will we then credit back your account, minus any restocking fees and initial shipping.

If you return merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges that we incurred from your credit.

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed. We will do our best to ensure that you get what you need as quickly as possible.

If you have returned merchandise that has been deemed as non-refundable you may request to have that merchandise returned to you providing you pay return shipping charge.

This policy does not apply to damaged or defective products that are returned to SpareSaverUSA.com.

Returning a Defective Item:

All items must be sent back to SpareSaverUSA.com for inspection before a new replacement item will be sent. Upon receipt of all returned items, the returned item(s) will be fully inspected and tested to determine if the item is defective due to a manufacturers defect. If the item is found to be defective by SpareSaverUSA.com, you will be sent a new item immediately. Only after this evaluation process will any credits be given or new items sent.

Customers need to verify the receipt of all items at the time their order is received. Any missing items must be reported to SpareSaverUSA.com within 3 days of receipt. This does not include back ordered items which are yet to be delivered. Any damaged goods MUST be reported directly to SpareSaverUSA.com within 3 days of receipt.

Orders will normally be shipped within one business day after the order has been received. Items that are not in stock will be shipped immediately once in stock. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (except in the case of national vacations). Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or through The United States Postal Service at our discretion within the Continental U.S. unless otherwise stated. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's.
